Were you aware that the life of Jesus unfolds across multiple dimensions including his search for esoteric knowledge, surpassing the narrative confined within the pages of the Bible? It is to be noted that in the New Testament of the Bible, there exists a ‘jump cut’ in the chronicle of Jesus's life, spanning the years between the ages of 12 and 30. While the Bible notes that Jesus "advanced in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men" following his 12th year, Christian tradition posits that he may have dedicated this period to life as a carpenter in Galilee.
Intriguingly, certain ancient texts propose an alternative narrative, suggesting that Jesus travelled across the world during these undocumented years. According to these accounts, Joseph of Arimathea emerges as a significant figure, not merely a supporter but Jesus's uncle. He was a wealthy individual engaged in extensive international trade, primarily dealing in tin sourced from England. Allegedly, Jesus accompanied Joseph on his travels, learning esoteric knowledge from wise masters around the world, including Europe and several countries of the Orient. This information is said to be corroborated by local legends in England, suggesting that Jesus visited the shores of Glastonbury during his travels.
Back in Israel, people would convene in homes and various locations such as the sea shores to hear Jesus take the stage and share his insights through lectures and discussions. Jesus’ often spoke about the metaphysical nature of existence, trance, meditation techniques, in addition to demonstrating healing methods. Such gatherings mirrored the essence of Jesus's activities, emphasizing an open format where anyone could get enlightened and spread the knowledge. This unstructured approach was integral to the intended function of "the way." The fundamental principle lay in the absence of a central authority figure, allowing each participant to freely express their understanding of the universe and gain the power of healing. This stood in stark contrast to the subsequent development of a hierarchical structure in organized religion, with leaders like the Pope or bishops imposing rules and regulations. Jesus's original vision embraced a decentralized and open approach, a facet often overlooked or downplayed in traditional church settings even today.
After the crucifixion, the sources describe a perilous situation for the disciples and associates of Jesus including Joseph of Arimathea, Mary, Lazarus and Mary Magdalene. To eliminate a potential uprising, the Romans allegedly devised a plan to set them adrift in the Mediterranean on a boat lacking ores and sails, leaving their fate to the sea.
In what is described as a remarkable miracle, the sources reveal that the boat miraculously reached the coast of France, specifically a place now known as St Marie De, where the group sought refuge in caves along the coast. Following their landing, the group disperses, with some leaving in better boats, while others, including Joseph of Arimathea, Mother Mary and other disciples, embark on a humbler boat that takes them to England. Glastonbury becomes a central base for this group, where the first Christian Church is established, reflecting Jesus's original intention for a decentralized and open approach to spirituality. Meanwhile, Mary Magdalene established a similar church in Spain.
The intriguing exploration of esoteric wisdom and metaphysical knowledge in Jesus's teachings sheds light on a lesser-known aspect of his life, particularly his profound interactions with Mary Magdalene. It is to be noted that Mary Magdalene having worked as an Egyptian Priestess, at early stages of her life, brings forth a wealth of Gnostic and metaphysical insights that enabled her to engage in meaningful conversations with Jesus that transcended the understanding of many, especially his disciples. Jesus, distinct in his comprehension of esoteric wisdom, often found himself isolated from those around him. In Mary Magdalene, he discovered a kindred spirit with whom he could delve into profound metaphysical topics. Their interactions not only deepened their understanding of spirituality but also led to a sense of jealousy among some disciples, notably Peter. Numerous accounts highlight Peter's attempts to undermine Mary Magdalene, questioning the attention and responsibility she received.
Crucially, these revelations do not seek to upset belief systems but rather encourage individuals to acquire more knowledge leading to personal growth and a deeper understanding of the world around them. The emphasis is on not surrendering one's power to external influences but using one's own mind to decide what to believe. The process of questioning, forming independent conclusions, and thinking for oneself is championed, aligning with the core principles of esoteric wisdom and Jesus’ teachings.
This narrative of Jesus's teachings on ability to expand one’s consciousness to higher dimensions of the metaphysical state, perpetuated through his profound interactions with Mary Magdalene out of unconditional love, challenges established beliefs and encourages a more open-minded exploration of spirituality. This revelation serves as a reminder of the importance of questioning, thinking independently and navigating life’s intricate labyrinth through the power of love—a path that aligns with the esoteric wisdom that Jesus truly embodied while he was on earth.
